WARREN MARTIN:
Executive Director of the General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum, is the primary presenter of all Inspired Leadership Experiences. Warren has been leading leadership workshops, presenting keynote presentations and consulting with Fortune 500 corporations for 16 years. A Philosophy graduate from Texas Tech and author of 5 books, Warren is known for his unique teaching style. He has worked in 28 countries around the world (mostly in the Middle East and Latin America). He has also worked with teachers, organizations, and youth ministers to develop curriculum and need specific training. Warren has been listed among the top 400 speakers in America. His passion is to invest in the lives of others through servant leadership to assist them in reaching their full potential.
SCOTT CUMM:
I was born October 28, 1960 in Herkimer in upstate New York, am a retired TSgt in the United States Air Force. After graduating from Herkimer High School in 1979, I enlisted in the United States Air Force and attended Basic Training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. I received my advanced training as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician at Rantoul, Illinois in 1980. During my 20 year career I served at five state side bases and one overseas base. I also served during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Strom in 1990. Some of my awards include the Air Force Commendation Medal with Four Oak Leaf Clusters, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with Three Oak Leaf Clusters, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with Silver Oak Leaf Cluster, Defense Service Medal, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Military Education Graduate Ribbon with one Oak Leaf Cluster and the Aerospace Ground Equipment Senior Maintenance Badge. I was also named 1994 Altus Air Force Base Noncommissioned Office of the Year and in 1994 and 1995 the NCO of the year for the Altus Air Force Base’s Chapter of the Air Force Associations. I graduated from the United States Air Force Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico in 1997, Noncommissioned Officer Leadership School at Anderson Air force Base, Guam in 1986. While serving at Kadena Air Base Okinawa, Japan I graduated from U.S. Department Of the Treasury/Security Police Customs Inspectors Academy in 1985. After retiring from the Air Force in 2000 I moved to Hobart, Oklahoma and worked a few part time jobs. In 2009 I started volunteering at The General Tommy Franks Museum as a Docent/Guide. I have also worked as an Educator for the Museum’s Road show and worked as a carpenter to help refurbish the Stanley building belonging to the Museum. In August of 2011, I was named the Museum’s Manager. I have a wife, two children and a stepdaughter. My wife Adelita is a native of Hobart. My daughter Nikki lives in Oklahoma City and is a Operating room Technician. My son Christopher is a sophomore at Hobart High School and is the H S Band’s Drum major. My stepdaughter Cassandra lives in Lawton and works for Picerne Military Housing as a Job Cost accountant. Cassandra’s husband Victor Padilla is a Sgt in the United States Army stationed at FT. Sill.
MICHELLE GATHER:
My name is Michelle Rosemary Gather; I am the Finance and HR Manager at the General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum. I am new to Hobart, new to motherhood, and new to GTFLIM. I am having the best time of my life watching my infant daughter Hannah learn and grow. My wonderful husband Bobby (Wolf) Gather and I are learning this parenting stuff as we go and it is the job of a lifetime! We enjoy riding the bike together and had a blast at the Celebration of Freedom poker run last year, who knew I would be working here for the next run! I am proud to be a part of this institution and General Franks' commitment to honoring all our military heroes; those actively serving, those who have served, and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
NIKKI JONES:
Program Director of the General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum. Nikki has lived in Hobart, OK for over 8 years after relocating from Indiana. She is a wife and mother with 3 children; Anthony, Hanna, Zan and a step daughter Kobi. Nikki enjoys spending time with her family whether they are watching sports, hiking or just hanging out. She loves working for an organization that puts so much effort into investing in the lives of young people.
